Marilee Joyce
President, Executive Producer, VoiceOver Artist, Creative Writer
Marilee Joyce is President and Founder of Joyce Communications, and served as creator, producer and host of several tv and radio shows from Capitol Hill. Priorly, she worked as an anchor and reporter for several television stations around the country. She has authored two books and collaborated on a third.
Marilee also is Founder of PDThePugProductions, which features PD the Pug’s media and merchandise. PD is the author of “Get Me Out Of Here! Productions Of PD, The Put-Upon Pug” which is available on his site and all online retailers. His second book, “No, YOU Sit!! PD The Pug’s Manual For How To Train Your Human” is due out in late 2022. Alex Pikas
Chief Director and Associate Producer
Alexander Pikas has been directing TV shows and commercials for more than three decades. His client list includes McDonald's, Mercedes, FOX Sports, Discovery Channel, PBS & NBC to name a few. He has a knack for stunning visuals and comedic timing, as well as an ability to work with real people as talent. His technical expertise in moving pictures runs deep; he was one of two people (the other was gifted DuArt engineer George Rubacky) who developed the workflow to transfer film straight to digital without a tape intermediate. He holds many awards, including a daytime national EMMY for the PBS show, "My Generation" hosted by Leeza Gibbons. He has a degree in Journalism & Advertising from the University of Maryland at College Park.
C. Eric Scott
Graphics Director & Writing Assistant
C. Eric Scott is an award-winning editor who has been working in the film and TV industry for more than 20 years. He has worked in various capacities on projects for Comcast, Travel Channel, Discovery, Nat Geo, and Warner Bros. His primary skills include editing, videography, photography and some motion graphic work. He has a degree in filmmaking from the University of North Carolina, School of the Arts.
Robbi Young
Production Assistant
Robbi Young is a video storyteller who fell in love with video production following years of graphic design work. But here at Joyce Communications, we refer to Robbi as our talented “Jack Of All Trades” who has the skill set to assist in any every type of production or scripting assignment. When he isn’t creating compelling videos or finding the best parts of any shoot during the editing process, Robbi can be found doing bachata or enjoying the great outdoors on his bike.
